PIPING DESIGN SKILLS:
• Pipe sizing & Material selection as per ASME Standard B31.1 & B31.3.
• Familiar in studying P&ID.
• Preparation of piping layouts.
• Pipe wall thickness calculations, Preparation of Piping specification class.
• Support span Calculation & selection of supports.
• Preparation of piping support detail drawing and Hanger data sheet.
• Calculating displacements at Equipment’s nozzle points.

• Preparation of Critical Line List as per Stress Analysis Design Basis.
• Lines Connected to pumps (API 610 Check).
• Tank connected piping. (API 650 check).
• Turbine Lines as per NEMA SM23 Check up to 545 Deg & 191 Kg/Cm.sq.
• Static Analysis of Lines subjected to Slug Flow.
• Carried out various Load Case Analysis – Seismic Analysis, Wind Analysis, Hydro test and PSV analysis.
• Flange Leakage Calculation (ASME Section VIII Div 3)


• Trunion Failure Check (Kellogs Method).
• Determining loop sizes and loop location for Process lines, flare, HP, MP and LP steam lines running on Racks.
• Civil loading for entire pipe rack and other process structures.
• Preparation of variable springs data sheets.
• Finalization of insert plate locations for various process structures.
• Preparation of Final Stress Analysis Documentation for Client Approval.
