 Testing of control valve, ESD valves, On/Off Valve, hydraulic valves installed with fishers field view (series DVC 6000), ABB, Masoneilani.
 Preventive Maintenances, Corrective Maintenances, Pre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings and cause and effect diagram.
 Vibration sensor like velometer, accelerometer and Proximitor installation & Maintenance.
 Diagnostics of Various instruments used in petrochemical like radioactive, capacitance, Capillary, Radar type level transmitter and switch, vibration type level switch, load cell weighing transmitter, k-tron powder feeder, Mass and volumetric flow meter of micro motion.
 Instrument experience with Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, pneumatics, VFD, hydraulics, feedback control, Distributive Control Systems; Environmental Instrumentation includes Solar, Wind, Precipitation, Temperature, Relative and Barometric Pressure. Wind and Solar Power generation.
