Job Description:
Responsible for the monitoring of subcontractor works including issuance of instrument materials during installation.
Update the progress of instrumentation works done by subcontractor.
Decide as built Instrumentation installation works as per design standard.
Prepared and update new revision of instrumentation design drawing.
Planning and scheduling of instrumentation works according to the priority system.
Coordination and supervision of instrumentation installation works at site.
Anticipating all the problems that may come out during the instrument installation especially issuance of materials and making sure all are available in terms of completion schedule of the priority system.
Checking the quality of instrumentation erection works.
Raise Extra Work Request for changes to contractor scope of work.
Proactively participate in all safety matters affecting the construction of the project.
Instrument Loop check Supervisor
Coordination with the Instrument QC inspectors related to the instruments installed that are ready for loop checking.
Preparation of documents related to loop checking such as loop folder.
Responsible for assigning loop to technicians that are ready for loop checking.
Recording number of loops that done in a particular system.
Giving technical advice to technicians if there is a trouble in loops.
Coordination with DCS engineers and system specialist if a loop is related to the DCS logic.
Acknowledge and resolve punch list items that arise during loop checking such as system and construction punch list items. Coordinate I&C design activities in conjunction with detailed engineering contractor.
