Additional Information
• Troubleshooting and repair of the proprietary downhole mechanical & electronic sensors used in the logging of oil & gas wells.
• Troubleshooting and repair of the all specialty assets and sonde's.
• Visiting the field to assist with troubleshooting issues or to deliver replacement equipment as required.
• Completion of extensive tool modifications as necessary.
• Communicate with field personnel in solving tool or system issues in person or over the phone in a professional manner.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs or tool modifications performed via the company's database.
• Communicate with other departments in the company with regards to tool or system performance.
• Assist in training other Specialists and Sonde Technicians when required.
• Assist in educating field staff in tool maintenance or operation as required.
• Maintain a safe, professional and organized lab environment.
• Parts procurement as required.
• Shipping and receiving of items as required.
