 Manage international transport, invoicing and documentations functions to ensure corporate compliance to import regulation.
 Monitor work against business plans and take action to resolve variances or adjust plans as appropriate.
 Develop performance criteria and evaluate supply management staff performance.
 Analyse the issues raised in supply management audit report and ensure proper action over it.
 Supervise and lead human resources to achieve initiatives.
 Create and manage succession plan, allocating work assignment in such a way as to provide career development and growth opportunities.
