- System Integration of Process control Systems (PCS), ESD systems, F&G systems.
- Develop of PLC and SCADA applications using GE PLCs (Versa-Max, 90-30, 90-70, RX3i, PAC8000) and GE CIMPILCITY HMI/SCADA.

1. MIDOR Refinery in Alex: Upgrading the old SIEMENS Step5 PLC system for the water package to RX3i redundant PLCs with PROFINET.
2. KHALDA Petroleum: HYDRA gas facility CCSS (Combined Control and Safety System) which consist of PCS, ESD and F&G using PAC8000 SafetyNet SIL2 PLC:
a) System Design with AutoCAD Electrical.
b) Panel Building.
c) PLC and SCADA/HMI Configuration.
d) Field construction works.
e) Commissioning and start-up.
3. KHALDA Petroleum: RAZZAK ESD & PCS System Upgrade from pneumatic control system to PLC/HMI system using GE Fanuc 90-30, GE Fanuc 90-70 PLCs SIL3 redundant system & CIMPLICITY HMI.
4. KHALDA Petroleum: TAREK facility ESD system modification (GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC).
5. SUCO: H2S Detection System (GE Versa-Max PLC/ QuickPanel HMI/DE-TRONICS Gas Detectors) for three offshore platforms communicating with each other by RF communication (Design – Engineering – Commissioning - Startup).
6. KHALDA Petroleum: Kalabsha Fire & Gas with GE TMR SIL3 system commissioning and startup (GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC, CIMPLICITY SCADA software, DE-TRONICS Flame and Gas Detectors).
7. KHALDA Petroleum: Commissioning and start-up for Stabilizer Re-boiler, Uniflux heater systems and interfacing it with DCS at KHALDA AG site.
8. PETROBEL Offshore Platform: Commissioning and start-up for two diesel pumps control systems panels.
