Professional Experience
• Regulation of overall erection and commissioning of machinery & mechanical equipment’s of the following:
o Boiler- CFBC, 2x115 TPH, Working Pressure.113 Kg/cm2, Steam Outlet temp.545 0C, F.W. Temp 235 0C
o ESP- 5 Field, 800 Milliamps, ESP Outlet Emission 30 Mg/Nm3 (Make: Thermax Ltd.).
o Rotary equipments e.g. ID, SA & PA fan and BFP
O IBR/ High Pressure Piping – Main Steam line (SA 335 P22, P11), Feed Water line, Turbine bleeds, etc.
• Inspection of high pressure static equipments like Boiler Drum, Membrane Panels, Water Tubes (Economizer, Evaporator, Super heater, etc.) and ensuring the alignment as per the approved ITP
• High Pressure Piping (Integral & Non integral)
• Hydrostatic Testing of Boilers And Piping
• Fuel & Limestone Handling Package: Fuel Handling Conveyors, Stacker & Reclaimer etc.
