RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•Working as Shift Electrical Engineer, in 12.1MW power plant & monitor all operations done in a power house.
•Managing & Ensuring Smooth Operations and Maintenance of all kinds of Electrical Equipment of Schneider Electric panels of Substations, switch gear panels, High tension transmission lines, Low tension, transformers, Generators, main Bus Bar etc.
•Relay testing of over current & earth faults of all HT panels.
•Maintenance Planning of Electrical Equipment through ICAM.
•Has recovered shutdown faced in power plant.
•Involved in daily maintenance activities with power house maintenance team.
•Preparation of daily and monthly reports for Power House.
•Detailed trend analysis of various operational parameters of Power House.
•Maintaining daily logs and managing shift.
•Auditing/preparation of HFO & Diesel consumption reports.
•Maintenance & trouble shooting of auxiliaries of ALFA LAVAL i-e Booster (FCM) module, Purifiers(S & P flex) models S605 & S815.
•Commissioning and installation of New Projects of HFO 2.6Mw Genset Anglo Belgium Corporation type 16VDZC
•Continuous monitoring of availability of spares in stocks.
•Vendor Selection, Out Sourcing and contract Based Maintenance
•Detailed analysis of Lube Oil Reports for HFO Generator.
•Load testing of Over Head Crane 16T, 8T, 5T.
