•I have been working in the oil field for 20 years.
• Have been working in the capacity of Drilling Supervisor for 7 years. drilling engineer for 3 years, horizontal wells project management for 5 years, directional drilling field engineer for 5 years.
• To date I have drilled more than 130 wells, twelve different oilfields and delivered diversified wells including Wildcat, Exploratory, Development, ERD and Work-over wells.
• Worked in diverse regions off-shore and on-shore China, Yemen, Iraq, UAE .
• Fleet status includes Land-rigs, Jack-ups, fixed platform
• Successfully delivered well depths to 8817.84 m MD, High angle wells, Horizontal wells, Drilling and Completion in simultaneous loss and kick situations, water-active clay, H2S contained formation, loss circulation and pack-off complicated well.
•Tools used: overshot, spear, impression block, washover, reverse-circ junk basket, fishing magnet, fishing tap, FPIT, Chemical casing cutter, hydraulic casing cutter, wireline spear, whipstock, Stac-pack, STMZ fracturing tool, underreamer.
Schlumberger PowerDrive, Halliburton Geo-Pilot, Baker Hughes Auto Tack.
• Software used: Conocophillips Wellview, Schlumberger Welltrack. Landmark openwell .

• Believe in team work. Build shared vision. Ensure to extract the collective effort from all the service providers for a common goal in the interest of the company.
• Coach the NDSVs, ADSVs and other trainees in the rig site to meet current and future needs.
• Encourage others to share learning and recognise that the mistakes are an opportunity to develop.
• Create a culture of accountability and execution among the service providers to ensure the collective achievement of business results and shareholder value.
• Remained a key player while implementing new technologies like smart wells.
• Celebrate other's success and make sure that the achievement is shared. Try to exhibit composure, adaptability and self-awareness in all situations.
• Continually seek to develop both professionally and as a leader.
• Share knowledge and expertise with others. Have gained the confidence and trust of the co-workers and the service providers through principled leadership and humility while working in the rigs.
• Always try to lead from the front while working both in the normal and adverse situations.
