 Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
 Worked on the development of Unit's organograms and their process flow study according to project Plan
 Calculate the total electrical load requirement on the basis of production plan
 Studied the statistical analysis of electrical load of all the units in form of pie charts and bar graphs
 Coordinate with the electrical consultant for the development of the units electrical design, execution plans.
 Developed the street lights plan with the coordination of consultant for the Project building
 Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups
 Worked on the team’s development by helding proper training sessions for understanding the drawings and their implementation
 Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution
 Studying and analyzing the drawings for the formation of estimated cost of the electrical work which is executed and which has to be done
 Having coordination/link with the different electrical products companies like light Serve, Paklight, Philips, Prime Switch Gear, ABB, Fast Cables, Allied Cables, GM Cables, Universal Cables, Pakistan Cables, Popular and Polo Pipes etc.for the future/current product’s purchasing requirement
 Reviewing the daily/monthly progress reports for execution as well as maintenance and generator’s operation
 Having daily meetings with the Project Director for the daily relevant site working
 Assist the Project Director in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements.
