• Calibration, loop checking, commissioning of pressure, flow, level and temperature Transmitters, RTD, Thermo Couples, Temp. Gauges, Pressure Gauges, I/P converters, switches, control valves, shutdown valves, blow down valves, solenoid valves, Pressure Safety Valves. (Fisher Rosemount, Honeywell, Biffi, Wika, Aschroft, Magnetrol, ASCO)
• Loop checking in accordance with the instrument loop diagrams, P&ID, Data sheets.
• Knowledge of PID & CASCADE CONTROL
• Calibration of all instrument and valves by using calibrators like Pressure calibrator(Druck), Fluke multi calibrator, Temperature bath, Decade resistance box, HART communicator-375, 4-20 MA loop calibrator, Dead weight tester.
• Pressure testing of Impulse tubes, Meggering of cables after installation, Glanding & termination of instrument side, JB and marshalling cabinet as per termination drawing.
• Installation of instruments and tubing as per typical drawing, Hook-up drawings.
• Assisting the Pre commissioning engineer for Cold & Hot loop checking
• Taking instrument on line, start up activities. Calibration and stroke check of control valves.
• Carry out the final check for all instruments against P&ID's prior to the start up of commissioning activities.
• Bench calibration of all types of instruments & fill the values in calibration sheets.
• Fire & Gas detection system like a UV/IR, smoke detectors, Toxic Gas Detector, Combustible Gas Detector & manual call points.
• Ensure the implementation of safety policies relating to Oil & Gas sectors and in Quality & HSE procedures.

3 years Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Noorul Islam Polytechnic (Board of Technical Education, Govt. of Tamilnadu) completed in April 2010.
NCVT Certificate In Process Control Instrumentation
