my responsibilities were for communication and implementation of KBR safety policies, guidelines and procedures to the KBR workforce in Kosovo. My primary duties include: employee regulatory compliance and company mandated training, injury and vehicle incident investigation, injury and property damage claim management, site safety evaluations, injury case management, medical care liaison, and occupational health program coordination. Initially developed and managed the process for employee injury and 3rd party injury and damage claim settlements for the multinational region encompassed by the project.Experience with the US rules and regulations and experience with EM-385, OSHA, NIOSH.
