- All activities related to mechanical works,Varco,Tesco types TDS service and maintenance; daily, weekly,monthly,yearly work orders monitored.Diferite type of Drawworks maintenance; hi and low cluch,cathead,stuffing boxes, chains and general maintenance. Mud Pumps diferite types maintenance, cross heads clearance measurement monitored, lubrication oil pump monitored and maintenance, liner wash pumps repair and daily check. Stand Pipe Cameron valves seals change and monitored. Rig Air Compressors Atlas Copco maintenance, Driller console air hosses,guage and Drawworks brake adjusted .Mud Mixing- and all mud transfer centrifugal pumps serviced, impellers, bearings, mechanical stuffing box and seals change.
- Rig Main Engines CAT 3512 – serviced oil and oil filters change,fuel and water fuel separator filters change, engine hours daily monitoring. Monthly all eqipment hours rapport.Crown Block and Traveling block serviced and sheaves clearance monitored.BOP and accumulator unite maintenance and serviced
