Junior Engineer In Ammonia Plant

To work in a highly professional organization to build my career by optimum utilization of my talent and hard work in the organization.

•Taken independent charge of various section viz. Purge Gas recovery unit (Cryogenic or membrane separation), Natural Gas Reforming, CO conversion, CO2 removal, Compressor and Synthesis section.
•To carry out day-to-day operational activities of the plant and implement all the instructions from DCS and field.
•Now working as DCS OPERATOR.
•To carry out safe operation of the plant, startup, shutdown and emergency handling in field and identify all abnormalities, unsafe condition and implement remedial measures.
• Working in round the clock rotating shift duty in Pump House, Fired Heater, Compressor, Distillation column/reactor and operating different types of equipments i.e. Pumps, compressor, Turbines etc. along with monitoring their parameter and condition monitoring of Machines during shifts.
•Involved in the various catalyst unloading & loading specially in HDS ,Pre-reformer,Primary & Secondary Reformer,MTS, Methanator& Ammonia Convertor S50 during the shutdown period
•Involved in Reformer tubes &Ammonia Convertor S50 replacement.
•I have also completed three month of diploma from Aptech Ranikhet Almora(U.K) anad having knowledge of computer application with following:--
MS-OFFICE, MS-EXCEL, Net surfing. etc
