 Diesel Generator (Cummins)1400 KVA including installation,unloading foundation,vibration spring isolators.
 Fuel system Installation from the Bulk tank to the day tank including the pipes,pumps,valves and ventilation system.
 Exhaust system Installation (Muffler&Exhaust piping).
 Cooling system & Air system.
 Piping supports,Guides,shields & saddles.
 Renovation of 22 Mechanical Hotel Stations
(Fire,Sea,Potable water and Compressed Air) with new pipes,flanges and fittings.
 (GRE) fiberglass reinforced epoxy installations &jointing(Adhesive bonded,rubber seal,Lamination..)
 Mechanical Hydrostatic test for black carbon steel (BCS)&
Fiberglass & stainless steel pipes using hydrostatic test pumps(automatic & manual.)
 GTAW &SMAW gas tungsten and shield metal arc welding specifications,defects& wps(welding procedures specifications) for both stainless steel and black carbon steel pipes.
 Install Stainless Steel gate valves(4’’,6’’,8’’,10’’) in the fire network.
- 1/5/2013 till 4/12/2013: Maintenance Mechanical Engineer at the Egyptian Navy (Egyptian Shipyard).
- 15 Dec 2011 till 30/4/2013: Maintenance Engineer at Interdyne Corporation Egypt (ICE) under supervision of US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) in more than $10M Contract.
 Involves in all Installation, Operation and Maintenance contract activities for Heavy Duty Equipment trucks and special military equipment.
 Implement the Monthly Check Up and Preventative Maintenance as scheduled for all equipments in various locations.
 Conduct surveys for trouble calls & requests provided by the customer.
 One of Repair team for Syncrolift Ship Lifting System & Vessel Transport System (VTS)
