a) SAUDI ELASTOMERS PROJECT (EPDM & PBR FACILITIES), KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
• Piping & Equipment Modelling in SP3D for onshore Process unit (EPDM&PBR UNIT).
• Prepare the Nozzle orientation drawings in SP2D for equipment vendor input.
• Modelling the various types of Space Volumes (Escape volume, Access way, Maintenance Volume).
• Structural Modelling in SP3D for civil input (pipe rack, access platforms, stairs and ladders).
• Checking and clearing the To-Do list. Generated the isometrics using Drawings and Reports.
b) SOCAR EXPORT REFINERY PROJECT (CRUDE VACUUM DISTILLATION UNIT), TURKEY.
• Equipment modelling as per data sheet /vendor drawing by using PDS Equipment environment.
• Pipe routing as per the P & ID as per the studied piping layout by using PDS Piping environment.
• Prepare the Piping & Equipment models for steam tracing lines and manifold location plans.
• Done various types of piping (Pump, Heat Exchanger, Pipe Rack, Air cooler Piping and Vessel Trim).
