- Preparation WPS and Welder Qualification Test according material specification, welding process
and standard / Code
- Preparing Welding Map to welding Pipeline performing
- Review of Mill Certificate from Materials Product
-PreparingMaterial Traceability to submit PJIT
-Preparation MDR to submit PJIT Company
-Review NDT- Radiogaphy Testing
- Review ITP Plan
- Preparation Test Package at site

Bachelor

Welding Inspector,RT,UT,MT,PT Level II

- Assess the manpower requirements during the project execution as per the schedule and the progress. Provide interpretation of applicable code specifications and customer requirements. Any deviation, clarification and waivers are to be documented through the Site Query System.
- Verify QC welding Inspectors effectiveness through random audits. Exercise proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interface with production, engineers and management personnel. Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of Quality System outlined in Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan onboard the barge and in preparation prior to mobilization.
- Monitoring the implementation of the material inspection policies, procedures and classification matrix to ensure that proper quality measures are applied to all materials and services procured by Company.
