Responsibilities,

Purchase of safety materials for the labors and staff,
Sending out enquiries for the materials required to well established companies,
Receiving quotations and samples from the companies,
Preparing purchase orders for the companies once the quotation is approved by the purchase manager and the material is approved by consumer department.


 Border Land General Contracting and trading Establishment as Purchaser and Marketing executive for a period of 4 years.

Responsibilities,

Coordinate with vendors to maintain knowledge on all product and delivery schedule and manage work with purchasing manager.
Monitor all inventory level and determine appropriate delivery dates of all products and forecast all order requirements and maintain records of all activities and resolve all delivery issues and prepare all products for shipments.
Monitor all supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of all products and maintain accuracy in all vendor data and perform various purchasing activities and prepare all purchase orders and evaluate accuracy in same.
