Quality Control and Quality assurance Engineer

To obtain a worthwhile career in my field of Inspection & Quality Control where I shall be able to prove my skills and abilities as a valuable asset of my life and enhance my professional skills with ongoing learning opportunities.

• To Ensure Production of M.S. AND G.I. Pipes follow with Quality Standards BS 1387:1985, BS: 21:1985(Threading specification) ASTM A53 and API specification 5L.
• To check the quality of pipes regarding its surface, welding joint, diameter, gauge, length.
• Check the thickness of strips during reducing.
• Visual inspection on High frequency induction welding plant.
• Monitoring of inspection & testing activities at various process stages of production.
• Tocheck the reaming and threading of M.S. pipes as they follow BS: 21:1985(Threading specification).
• Monitoring of Galvanizing process parameter Degreasing, Pickling, Acid Rinsing and Flux Solution Tank parameter.
• To inspect the coating of G.I. pipes regarding microns and ensure the coating free from outer and internal defects.
• Inspection and testing of pipes, NDT and Mechanical tests, Hydrostatic test, Tensile test, Flattering test, Bending test.
• Inspect all work, analyze findings and raise the report.
• To deliver quality controls and enhancements to proactively address problems to improve product quality.
• Also performing production engineer duties making schedules of production line, production planning and managing.
• Documentation and prepare daily progress report to coordinate all activities with the project manager.
