Account management, sales business development & customer managment and services

• Managing the Existing account (Current Customers) Bulk supplies with best relationship.
• Generate the prospect from existing and new & up coming plants at desired locations
• Quoting the Tender and participate to Govt & Corporate Customers
• Contract Negotiation with customer during the New Business
• Contract renewal process with Existing customer during Extension
• Ensuring the supplies delivered at customer place in time as per their Indent
• Co-coordinating with NSC (National Scheduling Centre) & CSC (Customer Care Centre) to build up customer stock as well as liquid supply.
• Interaction with CSC/NSC and Customers in building up the relations and improving the sales volume
• Keep updating the product availability to utilize to opportunity business to improve the sales volume
• Interaction with the Industrial Customers /Dealers and Refillers (Bottle fillers) in improving the sales volume and building up the relations.
• Co-coordinating with internals to execute emergency supplies if any emergency requirement for customer
• Joint discussion with our internals to allocate the molecules to customers (based on consumption) during product scarcity if any crises during the plant operation
• Effective planning to achieve the target in terms of volume, ARV & Revenue from existing and new customer
• Conduct the market research and survey to identify the potential and possibilities
• Provide the suggestions and Training/planning to Revenue Team to achieve the revenue collection numbers for the previous month product sales
