 Vibration analysis and monitoring of rotating equipments. Reviewing of various technical, commercial and contractual requirements and consolidate the same to ensure smooth opereation/execution during initial project phase.

 Follow-up with procurement, engineering consultant, client and ensure timely review and evaluation and award of contracts adhering compliance to design standards and spec requirements.

 Coordinate with client, vendor, engineering, PMC for any deviation/query and clearing the same so as to achieve speedy approvals for drawings and documentation.

 Coordination with vendors and all concerned departments to ensure manufacturing as per the manufacturing schedule.

 Follow-up and visit the vendors to ensure compliance to the quality standards and schedule and ensuring equipment is delivered within the time frame at site.

 Maintaining records, site coordination and supervision for the installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of different rotating and static equipment’s until start- up of the same.

 Commissioning of reciprocating gas compressor, main water injection pumps and steam turbine generator.
 The job responsibility include installation and inspection of Rotating and Static equipment’s in accordance to the standards like ASME, API, PIP, ASTM, etc.

 Installation and inspection of Combustion Gas Turbine, steam turbine, water Injection Pump, compressor (From Receiving Inspection to Final Alignment inspection) as per the standards & Typical Inspection Plan.

 Installation and alignment inspection of all the sub systems like Oil Mist Eliminator, Fuel Gas Filter Package, Exhaust Stack, Fin Fan cooler, Lube Oil tanks etc for pumps and turbine.

 Monitoring and supervising of alignment (Offset) of Water Injection Pump, Gear box, turbine and compressor.

 Erection and inspection of Horizontal and Vertical Tanks as per Typical Inspection Plan.

 Installation and levelling of Internals (Trays- valve, sieve & bubble cap trays etc ) as per the standards.

 Supervising the leak test for the chimney trays in columns as per the test procedure.
 Servicing and maintenance of centrifugal pumps.
