Basis for preparing cost estimates on an ongoing proposed future projects.
Pricing proposed projects, establishing cost limits, negotiation parameters & negotiation for prices. Bills of quantities production reporting and advising clients on post tender information. Tendering and contractual arrangements preparation of tender adjudications or evaluations. Providing recommendations on tenders. Advising on selection of tenders and attending tender committees.

. Contract administration assessing compensation events and CPA calculations, claim assessments (Valuations) and payment certificates. Re-measuring from drawings and on-site measurements for final accounts, site inspections and site meetings. Preparation of final accounts on completed projects and negotiate final accounts.
