Lead the “end to end” Smart Badge Process for Asia Pacific (India, Thailand and Philippines) via Synergy System (CBRES Online Tool)
Manages OnGuard System; Security Access tool for Asia Pacific
Generates critical reports of badge location and distribution status. Ensures clear, accurate and timely documents are maintained for all critical records, processes, and communications with suppliers, customers and management.
Coordinates with security user group for employee facility access. Ensures validity and accuracy of Smart Badge issued to employees and contractors to maintain company’s security program. Ensures integrity of facility and network security systems by leveraging Corporate Programs and Standard Operating Procedures
Manages and validates auditable requirements by ensuring appropriate sponsor, substantiation of applicant identity and provisioning the Smart Card or equivalent token for network and physical access for all CVX locations that uses the SmartBadge Product Line
Involved in the testing and deployment of new technologies, tools and processes that improve the delivery and reliability of the SmartBadge Product Line.
