STATIC EQUIPMENT MECHANICAL ENGINEER

I am a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Power Major) and Four years of Mechanical Engineering experience.

In my current position as a Static equipment mechanical engineer at Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company/British Petroleum (GUPCO/BP), making engineering, assessments and repairs for pressure vessel as per API 510, ASME PCC-2 and API 579 (Pressure vessel fitness for service), storage tanks as per API 650 and API 653.
In Addition creating the technical bid analysis (TBA) for various vendors as per project specification British Petroleum Engineering technical practice “ETPs”, International Codes and Standards (NACE, ASTM, ASME, API) especially for valve, gas lift scrubbers, separators and piping fitting.
Capable to prepare mechanical general specification for static equipment (Pressure vessels, piping and valves) according to the project requirements and the international Codes & Standards
I participated in several HAZOPS as the mechanical SPA, and also having the required Knowledge and awareness to review the required P&IDs from the mechanical point of view.
In addition i was the mechanical SPA (single pint accountability) for designing and reviewing the mechanical engineering packages for several numbers of pressure vessel and also i am capable to perform full pressure vessel calculations (Towers, Separators, Scrubbers water seals PV and spherical PV) calculations by PV Elite 2014 according to ASME VIII Div.1, UBC, WRC 107, WRC 279 and ASCE 7-2005 and i have been the Static equipment Mechanical single point accountability at the FEED and Detailed phases of NS-394 Platform (platform located at the Red sea region and Sinai Peninsula "Egypt).
I am also graduated from British petroleum Development assessment plan process for the fresh graduated mechanical engineers under the supervision of the Regional mechanical technical authority of the British Petroleum company in Egypt.
