Medical Professional/Field Medical Coordinator/Remote site doctor/Medical Officer/Medic

„« „« To Coordinate with HR, HSE at Site Barmer and also at Gurgaon to obtain and maintain the employee medical database for all employee at MPT site, with due consideration that with the increase in number of site staff time spent on these activities does not interfere with site visits , medical supervision and trainings.

„« Fortnight visit to Labour Camps/Accommodations, Base camps of employees of Rigs; to supervise health and hygienic conditions.

„« To handle medical and surgical emergencies.

„« To Provide First Aid , BLS ( Basic Life Support)Training to the staff .If required assess the competency of the personnel imparting the First Aid training.

„« Pre Employment assessment of medical fitness.

„« Maintenance of clinic equipments with specifications and follow up the procurement in association with site management.

„« Monitor the order and delivery of Drugs and disposables; follow up the procurement in association with site management.

„« Monitor Monthly oxygen cylinders check up /replacement/ procurement.

„« Monitor disposal of biological hazardous waste.
„« Provide health advice (e.g. diet, hygiene, food quality, drugs, chemicals etc).


„« Inspect and monitor inventory of medical equipment according to defined intervals and to submit the report to HSE Co-ordinator.

„« Compliance check based on regulatory requirements of - SOLAS, MODU SPEC, IADC.
„« Using API guidelines related to Safety.
„« Behavior Based Safety culture enhancement.
„« Loss prevention management system.
„« Planning implementation, training and maintenance of Emergency.
„« Response Management system.
„« Incident & Accident Investigation.
„« Industrial Hygiene -Gas Testing, COSH, Water Quality Testing,Noise Survey.
„« Waste Management & Recycling.
„« Helicopter and Offshore Support vessel related QHSE activities.
„« Organizing & Chairing Meeting- Client relationship, Environmental Committee, Safety Committee.
