1. Monitoring complete Structural and Plate fabrication works of 12,500 mt with respect to erection priority.
2. Controlling and directing more than 600 manpower related to site fabrication.
3. Resolve all material and engineering issues arising on site.
4. Ability to plan, expedite and provide detailed report on project status.
5. Responsible for detailed planning & scheduling and coordinating on-site activities to ensure smooth work progress and timely execution of 2x150 MW Steam Turbo Generator
6. Ensuring that all site activities are carried out as per SOP’s, FQAP and maintain proper inspection protocols.
7. Well conversant with erection drawings, schedules, material codes & standards for erection and commissioning knowledge of preparation of Erection Methodology & experience of Erection, alignment, commissioning of the Steam Turbo Generator, Boiler feed pumps, auxiliaries and Lube oil system.
8. Conducting qualification test for the skilled workers before engaging them on job for critical works as condenser tube expansion and welding operations.
9. Ensuring safe environment & safe working zone during the fabrication.
10. Accountable for erection, alignment of individual equipment and clear RA bills.

Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in May-2008 with first class.
