Professional Experience
- 26 years of Experience in Refining and Oil & Gas industries of Maintenance & with good experience of Projects.
- Main role in developing Asset Integrity Management System procedure & its implementation to ensure Lifecycle management of physical assets to achieve the stated outputs of the enterprise.
- Experience in SIL reviews, PHA techniques like HAZOP, FMEA, Fault tree analysis, & others.
- Lead RBI team to carry our Risk Based Inspection (RBI) of Pressures Vessels, Tanks & Process Piping, as per API-580/581.
- Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) team to carry our RCM on plant rotary equipment’s.
- Well experienced in Shutdown planning and execution.
- Involved in incident investigation to identify root causes. Involved RCFA for the chronic failures.
- Developed Maintenance procedures like Maintenance Philosophy, Plant Overhaul Procedure, Process Safety Management Procedure, & Safety Critical Equipment identification procedure, & others..
- Developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Maintenance Section.
- Well acquainted with the international standards like API, ANSI, ISA, AGA, NFPA, & IEC Hazardous area classification & Functional safety standards (IEC-61508/61511)
- Hands-on experience in rotary & stationary equipment’s, DCS / Gas Turbine Control, Fiscal Metering System, Wellhead Control System & Electrical systems.
- Experience of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like MAXIMO & SAP
