I had worked for 1) Trans gulf Electro Mechanical Dubai (UAE) as a HVAC and Building Services project Engineer, 2) Gulf Engineering and Consultants Dubai(UAE) as a senior HVAC/Building Services Engineer,3) UTS Kentz (Abu Dhabi) on behalf of Arch dome Consulting Engineers as a Lead HVAC/Building Services Engineer, 4) Qatar Kentz DOHA(QATAR) as Lead HVAC/Building Services Engineer.Ovear all I have more than 15 years of experience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

Design, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Inspection, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance of Direct Expansion and Chilled water system, Comfort Air Conditioning, Industrial Air Conditioning, Ice Making, Liquefaction of Nitrogen, Cold storage, Smoke Extraction system,Pressurisation system, HVAC,plumbing,drainage and fire protection for various Oil & Gas, Projects, Refineries, PETRO-Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, High rise/Residential. Complex, Power plants, Water treatment plant and Allied Projects, towards EPC/EPIC/EPCC /EPICM/ PMC. Preparation of tenders, Supervision, Checking and Evaluating detailed design work carried out, Meetings and Communications with Overseas Owner, Engineering companies and Vendors. Preparation and Comprehension of Technical Specifications, Liaison with statutory authorities. Also having awareness in Operating and Maintenance software like CMMS and SAP.

6. EPC/EPIC/EPCC/EPCIM/PMC Project Engineering Management
Preparation of tenders, Review /Approve of EPC/EPIC Contractor/ Vendor design, data, drawings. To ensure that EPC contractor are performing the work as per the client’s processes and standard applicable codes. Preparing estimates, project construction management, providing input to strategic plans and budgets, and preparing bid packages. Selection and application of HVAC equipments/System including technical specification preparation for BID / ITT and Techno-Commercial Evaluation.
7.Training and Certification(ON and Off Shore)
1)Sea Survival Certificate (Valid)/HUET Helicopter under water Escape Certificate(Valid)/ H2S/Breathing apparatus training certificate(Valid), for oil and Gas Industry safety requirement, off shore approved by Ras Gas, Qatar Petroleum,.
