Drilling Operations and Maintenance

Operated on ZJ 70 LDB 2000 HP, ZJ 20 750 Hp (Chinese Rigs) operated in the areas of Aktobe
• Carrying out Drilling Department daily checklist (Mast Inspections, Equipment Inspection, HSE Checks, Choke and Kill line Inspection check etc.
• Keeping accurate record of tubular and tool dimensions (ID, OD, and Fish Neck)
• Calculating ton miles on drilling line, maintaining accurate log book and advise driller on the need to slip and cut
• Entrusted with the responsibility of relating an optimized and integrated inventory for store
• Maintaining proper communication with Driller, Tool Pusher and other dept. Heads
• Accountable for assisting preparation of equipment for implementing drilling operations
• Responsible for assisting in supervision of preventive maintenance for various equipment; supporting running and cementing casing strings, running and retrieving BOP, risers and other related operations
• Monitoring mud system and supervising Solid Control Equipment and mud mixing operation
• Assist in planning, organization and supervision of rig moves from one part to another
• Operate Drilling and associated equipment as directed by driller i.e. TD systems, Mud pump etc.
• Assist clients in knowing the field operations and guiding them through basic recommendations on Rig Operations
• Planning Application for Expenditure (AFE) not phase wise but overall turnkey project cost required for a particular well
