Review Engineering Requisition,prepare RFQ and issue to Vendor, review bid from Vendor, forward technical query and clarification from Engineering to Vendor vv., negotiate price, issue RFP/PO, monitor the RFP/PO till material delivered at jobsite.

Summary of Qualifications : Having six years in project Procurement execution of Engineering Procurement and Construction Company including local and overseas Purchasing and desk Expediting. Performed as a Procurement Specialist (Buyer & Expediter) from bidding stage till completed delivery. Other experience in Procurement execution projects were executed in join cooperation with American and Japan company. Assumed a position as Senior Purchaser (Buyer & Expediter) for Instrument and Electrical. Responsible to Procurement Division Manager and Procurement Project Manager with direct responsibility to support and assist Procurement Project Manager includes internal and external coordination.
