(1) “ SAUDI ARAMCO Refinery” Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

• Duration of Job: From 15 Dec 2014 to Till.
• Last Designation: Inspection Engineer.
• Department: SAUDI ARAMCO Refinery in Inspection and Corrosion department. Responsible for one division in Fractionation plant as an Experienced Inspection engineer as a Permeant Employee. This refinery is undertaking by Government of Saudi.

 Inspection activities

1. Fired heater boilers T&I. – RFET (Remote Field Electromagnetic Testing), IRIS (Internal Rotating Inspection System) of tubes etc.
2. All static equipment T&I inspection activities. (Planning, Execution, Inspection Report and history updating in SAIF.

4. Inspection of Injection points, Mixing points, Corrosion loops inspection.
5. OSI (On-stream inspection) of static equipment’s and loops.

(2) “ Reliance Industries Limited ” (RIL) (Refinery Division) Jamnagar, Gujarat , India.

• Duration of Job: From 01/07/2008 to 21/11/2014 (6.5 years).
• Last Designation: Manager .
• Department : Corrosion & Inspection in “Central Engineering Services (CES –Corrosion & Inspection Engineer) for “Static Equipments Reliability” in Sulfur Plant since last 5.8 Years. Also had experience for 0.6 year in “Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit” (FCCU).
Inspection activities of all types of STATIC Equipments like,

1. Heat Exchangers all types.
2. Flue gas coolers (Boiler) in FCCU inspection.
5. Columns & Vessels (As per API-510, ASME – Sec-VIII-Div-1)internal and external inspection.
6. All Piping inspection activities, (i.e. Injection Points, Mixing point, Corrosion loops as per API 570 and ASME B31.3).
7. All type of welding inspections, welder / Procedure qualifications, WPS, as per ASME Sec-XI.
15. All types of Tanks inspection (As per API 653).
16. Total 31 nos of shutdown handled in Refinery in different plants as a leader & as an inspection engineer.
 Corrosion work experience :

1. Assign Corrosion Manual & damage mechanism for Sulfur plant.


(3) “Nirma Chemical Limited” Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.

• Duration of Job : From 16/11/2006 to 20/09/2008 (Total 1 year ,8 months)
• Last Designation: Engineer.
• Department: Shift In charge in O&M in RMH, Utility Power Plant - CFBC Boiler.
