Multiple Having over more than 21 years of experience in IT field, including more than 20 years of good exposure in different ERP(Oracle Apps & Ramco Marshal).Working as S Technical Leader, and Project Manager role.

ERP Implementation (Oracle Applications)
 Undertaking Quick Gap Analysis; As-Is/ To-Be business process analysis, generating documents of to-be business process that is to be implemented with the system and validating same from the company.
 Handling Data assimilation & freezing business process strategy discussion to decide for the configuration.
 Conceptualizing and developing functional specifications across different projects.
 Performing Go-Live activities and checking data for completeness & correctness after loading. Conducting Unit & Integration Testing of Full Cycle Implementation of all core modules.
 Conducting training programs for End Users, preparing User Manuals.
 Managing User Maintenance, User Roles & Profiles, Authorization Changes and Backups.
 Trouble shooting & de-bottlenecking of the application to enhance the efficiency.
 Act as overall solution integrator of Oracle RFP/ RFI responses, integrating solution, delivery, transition, commercial and risk
 Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/ design solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements
 Manage the overall Pre-sales cycle from Solutioning to Delivery Handover
 Be the conscience of the Delivery Unit in reviewing opportunities
 Make a pool of oracle projects ready to be showcased to internal and external clients
 Handle client visits, conduct demonstration and road shows

 Rendering technical guidance to the staff and appraising the member’s performance & providing feedback.
 Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.
 Organizing training and skill building projects for support staff on emerging technologies for creating true centre of excellence and accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
