JOB PROFILE:
• As a Field Executive I am responcible for field activities.
• Like Pump starup/changeover, Pump draining, Smpling(product,recycle gas,feed, HP/LP flare, MP/LP steam), Filter isolation/line up, Safety valve lineup/isolation(pilot and conv), Phosphate batch preparation/sampling, Blinding/Deblinding activity, Fin fan isolation/startup, Furnace burner light up/isolation,Control valve stroke checking, Fire water deluge vale operation, Ejector start up/isolation, Compressor activity/auxiliary AOP/CW/pump startup, XV operation, EV operation, Clay treater line up/changeover/clay replacement.
• I am knowledge about MSDS of all chemical using inside the plant, LEL/O2/Noice level Checking, Log sheet filling activity, Hot job Supervision, Electrical lockout activity, Housekeeping, Furnace primary/secondary air register operation, SCBA operation, Car seal provision on safety valve/LO/LC valve, All permit, BMS system.
• I am also responcible for Furnace prompt round, Distillation column prompt round, Reactor prompt round, Compressor prompt round, Clay treater prompt round.

Master of Science:
• I have completed Master of Science in Industrial Chemistry From Institute of Science and Technology for Advance Studies and Research (ISTAR), affiliated to Sardar Patel University, Vallabhvidhyanagar, Gujarat, INDIA.
