My Responsibility is:Prepare Techno-commercial offers for Domestics & Export Oriented Projects,Master Sales Order Registration,Sales Order Preparation & Issue for final dispatch,Project Planning,Project detailing,BOM (Bill of Material ) generation,Production Orders execution, Master planning and deliverable to customer,Coordinate Activities with Design, Sales, Accounts, Production, Stores & Dispatch for final project execution & implementation,Handling Total Erection & commissioning work of site,Handling total manpower management,Develop strong relationships with customer groups and manages problem solving and conflict resolution issues,Key negotiator on timely receivables on spares, payments and/or other customer financial and/or technical issues,Responsible for planning resource requirements and negotiating team resource assignments with functional managers,Project Execution & Implementation,Handling total Erection work of project,Work force management,Project Accounting,Track day-to-day activities through email, telephone, face-to-face; and travel to customers and suppliers as required by the project.
