•Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess conformance to reporting and procedural standards
•Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
•Compile financial information and prepare journal entries to produce accrual and cash based monthly financial statements supporting schedules.
•Perform cash management duties, including wire transfers/check requests, deposit review, draws, reconciliation, cash projections, monitoring cash accounts receivable balances.
•Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests
•Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
•Prepare the monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliation
•Evaluating vendors/suppliers commercial offers including preparing Sales Quotations, processing Sales Orders and placing Purchase Orders using QuickBooks software (ERP).
•To expedite and ensure all orders are shipped in an expeditious & cost-effective manner and are shipped in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
•Preparing shipping documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List & Delivery Notes) for international export cargoes in line with destination requirements and ensure all the shipping documents are in order (C/O, AWB, Inspection certificates etc) .
