Timely report writing and presentations to provide accountability and status of operations at
traceable levels with KPI values. (Presented on Excel Dash board on Weekly and Monthly basis with
accurate statistics). Power point for management meetings whenever required.
Over see all the Oil drilling Site activities at BLOCK 1 owned by TOTAL E&P Uganda.
Take strong initiative in HSE activities and accountability on Health and safety on Site.
Coordinate all risk assessment processes / Surveys to provide consolidate mitigation
measures/corrective actions with acceptable time frames. Up to date record system in place.
Manage all Permits to work processes on daily basis to ensure all necessary documentation is
available before any work is carried out on site. Ensure compliance with the HSE contractual clause,
through follow up with contractors at site level. Ensure T-Card system is in place and functional.
Maintain and improve the level of cleanliness, safety and integrity of the installations /
Accommodation camps. Through Site visits/Inspections scheduled on weekly & monthly basis.
Follow up on anomaly tracker records to ensure actions are closed with corrective measures put in
place. Mastering drills for all staff to maintain state of awareness of any emergency/oil spill.
Timely follow-up on Training matrix and medical reports for all staff on site to strengthen fit for
purpose and continuous refresher trainings on site. Update of downgraded situations & LTI status.
In charge of Rig Moves and all Lifting equipment mobilization/demob –fleet of over 400 vehicles.
Provide strong support on rig move planning and Cargo transportation as per the available Trucks
and lifting equipment required according to the drilling plan approved.
Control and initiate all fuel delivery for replenishment of the stock and issuance to all rigs for
generators, vehicles and other installations. Follow up on imports and exports customs clearance.
Supervise a wide fleet of Trucks, Lifting equipment, and crew change shuttles on daily basis on site
Coordinate and manage all Tubular Yards and warehouse issuance (PPE) by direct monitoring of
stock through SAP system. Under Yard supervisor who reports directly to me.

I have over 8 years continuous and progressive work experience in Transport and Logistics management, I am currently working for one of the Largest Oil and Gas Company – TOTAL E&P based in Uganda as Logistics Officer, since 2011 –Up to date. With a fleet of over 400 vehicles (Land cruisers, Pickups, Shuttle buses, Trucks and Lifting Equipment)

I have studied and Attained Higher Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management, Diploma in Automotive Engineering among other qualifications as shown in my CV that is available in these attachments listed as per there relevancy for this post.

I have strong Engineering skills – Vehicle Maintenance, with wide exposure in Health Safety Environment management.
Very broad understanding of MS – Office applications.Good Time management skills and Ability to work with minimum Supervision. I have strong management capability and communication in a team environment
