Assistant Human Resource Manager (Jan 2012 - Oct 2014)

Profile: Reporting to the HR Manager with 6 direct reports.
•Overseen and managed the HR support provided to the programs globally and promoted positive working relationships. Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey resulted in excellent feedback for the programs handled.
•Ensured that the hiring and compensation changes were in line with the Task order.
•Trained, supervised, evaluated and handled performance and behavioral issues of the direct reports. Mentored 11 direct reports so far and taken disciplinary action when appropriate.
•Assisted in hiring and recruitment for the Dubai Office. Recruited for various positions in Finance, Audit and HR in liaison with the department Heads.
•Reviewed as a part of the HR management team effective ways to improve internal processes and implement the policies and procedures. Developed HR desktop procedures to increase the efficiency of the department.
•Monitored the new hire induction process and mandatory training courses through the Company’s training website and coordinated with the Corporate Training Department in ensuring compliance.
•Overseen the service awards administration through an external agency.
•Corrected HR data in PeopleSoft 9.1 HRIS system on correction mode. Overseen the resolution of errors in PeopleSoft during the processing of the payroll, managed accesses for the end users. 5 + years of work experience of working on this HRIS system.
•Overseen and managed the HR Administrative functions comprising of management of physical and scanned personnel files, co-ordination with the external agency for personnel records storage, stationary management.
