• Conducting Inspection of Drill stem components such as Drill Pipes, heavy weight drill pipes, drill collars, Stabilizers, subs, MWD & LWD tools, mud motors and other fishing & BHA tools as per DS-1, API and customer specifications .
• Evaluation and interpretation of inspection findings with respect to the applicable standards, codes, specification & procedures and furnishing of comprehensive inspection reports.
• Handling precision measuring equipments such as OD&ID Micrometers, Vernier calliper, lead gauge, pit gauge and dial bore gauge for dimensional inspection and calibration checks of equipments.
• Inspection of Casing and Tubing as per API specifications.

• Conducting various types of Inspection like Black Light Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Inspection, ultrasonic thickness testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, eddy current inspection, boroscopic inspection, Electromagnetic inspection, Visual Thread Inspection, OD Gauging & Thread Gauging, Dimensional inspection, Pipe Straightening, Field refacing, etc.

• Conducting Load lifting gear inspections specialized in Load testing, Visual Testing & MPI of weld elements on critical load bearing areas.

• Witnessing of pressure and function testing of BLOW OUT PREVENTOR.

• Excellence in managing client relationship and supervising manpower for the effective conduction of inspection programme, in order to deliver maximum productivity thus enables to meet the time constraints and Co-operating in implementing solutions to help client succeed.
• Guide and give job training to level 1 inspectors and travelling to different locations for conducting inspection.
• Conducting/ participating in HSE meetings and HSE auditing on Well sites and Operation Base as per Almansoori and Clients HSE policy.
• Conducting inspection programme for Saudi aramco, ADC, Halliburton, Nabors, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Saipem, Sinopec, Da Quing and cougar.
• Preparing and filling daily checklist related to inspection and safety.

• B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government college of Engineering Kannur, under Kannur University, Kerala, India (2007-2011).
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Kannur, Under board of technical education, Kerala, India

• Certified in ISO 9001:2008 lead auditor in QMS and OHSAS 18001 internal auditing training.
• Completed and certified in NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and risk assessment.
• ASNT Level II certification in eddy current inspection and drill stem inspection certification.
• ASNT Level II certification in PT, MT, UT, RT and VT.
• First aid, firefighting course, H2S awareness and breathing apparatus course.
• Safety induction from clients like SAUDI ARAMCO, HALLIBURTON and BAKER HUGHES.
• Competency in Microsoft Office packages and Internet applications. Efficient in AutoCAD; also know the basics of CNC, Solidworks, pro-E, Arena and Lingo.
