„« Oversee the production of annual budget, forecast, strategic plans, and management accounts.
„« Handling matters relating to accounting issues, journal entries, purchase, billing and bidding, staff leave, terminal settlements, prepaid expenses, fixed assets register and depreciation.
„« Maintaining monthly cash flow, financial statements, reconciliations bank and inter-company, external auditors relations ¡§Compliance Audit & Financial Audit¡¨ and payments after obtaining the approvals.
„« Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls, financial audits, analysing and correcting discrepancies and analysing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
„« Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures and cut off and transcribing, distributing the meeting agendas and minutes.
„« Evaluate revenues, expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
„« Handling letter of credits, bank guarantees and petty cash replenishments
„« Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at offices and sites.
