I have 25 years of experience in Operations & EPCI Project Management, Construction Supervision, Project Services /Project Controls, Planning Scheduling with (Projects to $6 Billion US). I have Offshore, Topside, Subsea, Deep Water MODU, FPU, FSO, FPSO, Semi-Submersible Production, Drilling, Ultra Deep Water TLP, Jackup, Support Vessels, Petro Chemical and Refinery Experience, in Gate Functions (Feasibility Studies, Pre FEED & FEED, Modeling, Detail Eng., Procurement, Ship Yard Fabrication and Construction, Offshore Construction, Pre Commissioning, Commissioning Startup, Production Operations, and Maintenance), Process Control Equipment and Construction Modernization Installations and Commissioning, as well as Brownfield and Greenfield Construction, Maintenance and Turn Around Projects. I Developed and maintain a tracking and reporting tool for Global Operations / BTPO Functions, for capital projects in 5 countries. Building The Production Operation (BTPO) integrated work plan for the pre and post-operation phases of the project. Detailed all tasks necessary to produce the BTPO deliverables, with appropriate logic ties to the ExxonMobil Development Company’s integrated EPCI master schedule. Developed a resource loaded schedule identifying critical path task. Stewarding the BTPO team with personnel work schedules and logistics. Created monthly progress reporting dash board depicts progress vs. plan using S-curve(s), with narrative analysis that identifies deliverable level progress deficiencies and resource conflicts.
