Conducting production meeting daily, review and guide Effective machine loading.
Preparing MR for the planned order & follow up materials from buyer.
Making a weekly plan through given monthly plan and co-ordinate with production team to get optimized output.
Co-ordinate with other departments to complete the orders as per the plan.
Checking inventory of raw materials / semi-finished / finished goods for smooth operations and managing inventory.
Taking responsibilities in, Planning activities in the areas of valve Manufacturing.
Valve assembly / Testing and done with zero leakage of Special materials.
Co-coordinating with QC for offering valves to Third party inspection
Follow up valve assembly materials for the daily assembly valves.
Having knowledge in API for valve Assly and Testing.
Coordinating with SCN / PDI activities.
Disc suiting establishment in grinding machine (24” 150, 20” 600).
Analyzing the leakage valves and found route cause.
Having knowledge in Special valves (Cryo/Low temp/Fugitive emission) Assembly.
Electrode and wire selection for welding as per procedure.
Verifying preheat and inter-pass temp in welding process by given WPS.
Welding quality check by DP test & take corrective action if any problem.
Have programming knowledge of Heat Treatment process like that Stress relieving and Double tempering.
Maintaining heat treatment chart.
Have knowledge for Gauge selection of testing valves as per class rating & materials.
