Have been working as Logistic coordinator /Radio Operator in Logistic Deptt. Of Cairn India Ltd. Suvali Helibase since 08 years Exposing with Marine/Air/Road Logistic and Radio Operation, Visit offshore Platform for Radio communication checks

Platforms visit with Radio Engineer for radio Communication check, Communication with Cairn India/ONGC Helicopters for Laxmi Oil Field, Traffic clearance to other helicopters, communication with production platforms/Drilling Rig in Field, PSV, DP Vessels, Accommodation Barge, preparation of helicopter manifest, providing safety briefing to all offshore crew with Flight Plan for chopper, Obtaining FIC & ADC before Tkoff of chopper, preparation of POB checks purpose handling communication in CTU & Drilling campaign in Field. Focal point in offshore/onshore during emergency and Drills. Updating EMT Rota every week, Maintaining Radio equipment's, Maintaining Radio license record, maintaining Marine & Air activity record in various formats for fuel cons. / flying hours. Preparing monthly logistic report to I.M. Air & Marine logistic planning with the senior personnel for next day Air & Marine operation for offshore with effective coast control, preparing material manifest/documents for agent, preparing list of offshore materials for cargo and backload on daily basis to load and offload from Vessel, handling port call at Jetty for loading & offloading of cargo/backload, Monitoring of loading/offloading and bunkering with the surveyor/Jetty officer at Jetty during Port Call and signing the document on behalf of company as and when required. Preparing Journey management plan and vehicles for Oil Field Crew, planning for pick up and Drop, coordinate with crew and vehicles.
