My experience is 13 years in projects Management fields for construction/Oil Rigs Projects

A. Lead Project Engineer: Transocean Company for drilling: (March 2010 – Current):
• Organize and conduct rigs inspections to define project scope of work to meet project objectives.
• Preparing Projects cost budgeting and preliminary Time schedule.
• As a team leader, Develop / supervise /coordinate basic and detailed engineering.
• Follow up and solve any outstanding or warranty issues with vendors.
• Track, coordinate and support technical queries with vendor, Contractors and shipyard.
• Interfaces and coordinate with Operations staff and others project discipline engineer.
B. Project Engineer / Cost& Budgeting Engineer : Transocean Company for drilling: (Jun - 06 till Feb -10):
• Work with all project team to prepare the project budget for management approval.
• Preparing a detailed time schedule
• Preparing the Project detailed Scope of Work (Rig Equipments upgrade or modifications).
• Sending project Requests For quotation and preparing a comparison Sheet for the management decision.
• Project Contract Attachments Preparing.
• Project planning based on the project conditions and brain storming with all the parties.
• Follow up the project engineering, Purchasing and Prefabrications activities.
C. Tendering, Budgeting& Control Engineer: National Steel Fabrication Company (NSF) ( Dec-02 till May-06):
• Estimating the Steel Structure Projects Budget, Cost analysis and Profit.
• Follow up the project progress, Man hour’s efficiency and the labors productivity.
• Revising all Purchase Orders for any Materials, and Invoices Progress, all costs for Consumables, Shop expenses, tools, Operational Overhead.
• Issuance Monthly Revenue Report Cost Analysis Report, WIP Monthly Report and the projects Percentage of Completion.
• Project Planning for all Steel Structure fabrication Activities (Shop drawing , Material ,Purchasing, Fabrication, Painting, Dispatch, Erection)
• Updating and Scheduling, follow up, to compare the schedule with the Project Target
