 Delegating work duties to individual staff members.

 Supervise the civil construction works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure execution of civil works inline with client specification and scope of work.

 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
 Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring for site labour force and the work of any sub contractors.
