Joined DECC CCS Demo Project as Project Coordinator. Shortly after joining, the role developed into Executive Assistant (to the Programme Manager, who was lead by Mace Group secondee, and Department Director), and Bidder Interface, (as the day-to-day point of contact for the Bidders).
Responsibilities included:
Management of all communications between DECC and Bidders.
Arrangement of senior level Stakeholder and Bidder meetings. This included minute/note taking, action tracking and feedback to the Project Boards.
Preparation of agendas, letters, contracts, presentations, submissions, etc. Dealing with the storage of hard/soft copies of protected and confidential documentation related to the CCS Demo Project.
Diary management for all CCS teams and Bidders.
Provision of administrative support to CCS teams and DECC Advisers.
Administration of internal HR.
Travel arrangements.
