Repairs on Rig COSL Pioneer Statoil: re-route the brine drain pipes, draw up the drawing for new construction of escape access on boom rest of cranes (Stb & Ps), reinforce the anchor hang off, change the 10 inch pipes on ballast system, including pressure testing(hydro- testing and leaking testing), cleaning the pipes inside and flushing, tight up the bolts and make the punch list, draw up the drawing isometric for changed pipes and make the weld test log, draw up the drawing and install the stainless steel tray on drill floor, rearrangement of handrails and stairs on escape to sea.
Participate to MC (pre-commissioning and commissioning) with DNV class and owner and check the working areas on the rig.
Make the work permits for next day and handover sheet for next shift.
Borgland Dolplhin Rig: change the stiffeners inside ballast tanks, change the valves on ballast system, additional stiffeners installed in propulsion room, check the welds and fit up, make the fit up report for class and owner, participate to production meeting with rig representative and Bergen Hanoytangen Yard managers for improve the safety and production flow, make the work permits for next day and made the weld test log.
I coordinated 60 workers, plate fitters, pipe fitters and welders in Aibel Norway, Module “Gudrun” for Statoil Norway.
I trained and tested welders, plate fitters and pipe fitters for Aibel Norway together with Norwegian foreman.
I drew in autocad drawings for testing the plate fitters.
Subsea 7 Skandi Seven VLS project, I cooperated through TMTK Norway with Hermes Marine Services AS Offshore Norway, in construction of metallic structure, special joints for pipe lines under the sea with thread joint, drill heads protective backing valves, manifolds and pumps with fiber glass cover, guides for special chamber for underwater welder, construction of active pipe supports, quality control of piping arrangement and welds according NORSOK standard.
I supervised in Grenland (Agility Group) Offshore Norway, module construction, pipe arrangement according P&ID according NORSOK standard.
Mechanical completion as: hydraulic motors install, valves and actuator install.
Check welds trunks for IHC Merwede Holland for dredging ships.
