2 Years of experience in Tata motors pune as Quality Engineer in Quality Department From 10th december 2011 to 28th september 2013. In Tata motors Xenon line successfully implemented World Class Quality System. And reduced defects by 47%. Successfully conducted audits of ISO-9001, ISO-14001, TS-16949 as auditee. Successfully handled shift of 120 workers.

Online Inspection of HR & CR, HRPO, GAL, SS Material in Coil form as well as in Sheet form as per standards IS 513, ASTM A6.
Worked on ISO 9001:2008, TS16949:2009, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007.
Daily Documentation work related to QA/QC , Taking Product Audit & Prepares Audit Plan, Preparation of CAPA, Preparation & Monitoring QMS, SOP, QAP, Work Procedure, Work Instruction and Process Validation quarterly by Using 07 QC tools as well as 5S.
Intimate raw material defects to the mother plant.
Handling Customer Complaints & Prepare Monthly customer Complaint Report and review the process parameters as per customer requirements.
