Job Responsibilities:
„ÏEnsure that mechanical work conform to Saudi Aramco Standards.
„ÏCoordinate Site/Project Engineers surveillance to ensure the quality of works.
„ÏPreparing RFI for mechanical works raise to QMIS system.
„ÏCoordinates Project Plans/ Details with Project Engineer.
„Ï„ÏVerifying the test certificates of manifold, gauges, relief valve, temperature recorder, torque wrench and visually inspecting the Materials.
„ÏCheck all materials and compare with material received vouchers or Aramco out band, material take off ,purchase order, purchase request, isometric drawing.
„ÏReviewing the mechanical procedure specification for valve testing, internal
Cleaning ,hydro test, pneumatic test, handling and storage, preservation of
Valves.
„ÏReview the isometric drawing as per plan and PID inspecting of the fabrication and creation of Piping and modify the isometric as per site.
„ÏInspecting the fabrication work and co-ordination the progress report in weekly basis.
„ÏResponsible in closing the category A/B punch list.
„ÏFinal inspection of packing, pre-shipping and reporting to site.
„ÏReview test packages prior to execution of test; confirm that all related documents prior to testing have been present in the test packs..
„Ï„Ïchecking all the dimensions mention in drawing and orientation.
„Ïinteracting with other departments like stores.
„ÏGoing through the scope of work and investigating on the site as per the drawings.
