WORK EXPERIENCE:-

RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Hands on experience of Greenfield project erection.
Responsible for to execute project in time, in coast and with quality as per organization standard.
Work experience of leading site independently.[Execution]
Responsible for fabrication job like structure, piping, equipment with safety as per standard.
Responsible for erection of equipment, structure and piping with safety as per standard.
Knowledge in piping fabrication, installation, testing and pre-commissioning of pipelines of various materials, CS, SS, PPRC, HDPE, GI.
Hands on Erection experience of MSGL reactor of cap.500lit to 20000lit, HE (graphite, ss.etc), MSGL column, Pressure vessel, reactor, storage tank, rotating and static equipments
Well conversant with Interpretation of ISO drawing, P&ID and Line designation tables (LDTs), Piping Isomeric drawing, structure and equipment fabrication drawing etc.




Inspection area:
Thickness measurement of considerable MOC.
Hydro And Pneumatic testing of Equipment and piping etc.
Spark Testing of equipment, piping etc.
Dye Penetration Testing for Pipe weld joints at fabrication area and also taken radiography of pipe welding joint from certified out side party.
Alignment and Leveling of Rotary and Static Equipment.
Brief idea about types of valves.
Individually handling contractors like fabrication, painting& insulation, civil
Experience of handling contract staff.
Have a good knowledge of welding processes relevant to the type of material and codes.
Project and exposure to Relevant Indian /International codes and standard i.e. BIS/ASTM, ASME B31.3 etc.
Preplanning of hook up activities of new project with existing plant.
Providing safety, quality of work related talk to contract people.
Reporting to area manager.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
S.S.C. : - 78.00%, GSEB (GUJRAT). MARCH-2000.
Diploma in Mechanical : - 59.20%, TEB (GUJRAT). OCT-NOV 2003.
Engineering (D.M.E.) (Shri. K.J.POLYTECHNIC, BHARUCH.)
Software Skills : - Certificate course of Basics in Computer. Also
Knowledge about S.A.P SYSTEM, ERP SYSTEM.
