Currently Working as ASSISTANT MANAGER GRID MAINTENANCE in 500/220 KV Grid station Gatti Faisalabad Wapda .

GATTI GRID station has four 450MVA(each) Auto transformers, five 111MVAR(each) reactors, 17 500KV SF6, 11 220KV SF6 and 10 ABCB circuit breakers. six 500KV and ten 220KV circuits.
So working Expertise are as follows…

(a) Erection, Installation, commissioning and testing experience of 220KV Siemens, NMG SF6 circuit breakers.
(b) Dismantling experience of old Air Blast circuit breakers.
(c) Power transformers, CT, PT and CVT installation testing and commissioning experience.
(d) Basic knowledge of protective relays distance, differential, over current over voltage etc.
(e) Maintenance and testing Experience of 450MVA Auto Transformers
It includes Insulation resistance, TTR , winding resistance, C&DF, Buchholz, differential, Over current and over voltage DES testing and Dehydration.
(f) Maintenance of High VARS Reactors in 500KV grid stations.
(g) Maintenance of upto 1000 PSI Air compressors used for Air blast circuit breakers.
(h) Complete installation, commissioning and Maintenance of isolators in High power
Grid stations.
(i) Complete overhauling experience of 500/220 KV SF6 and Air Blast circuit breakers.
(j) 220v and 48v batter banks commissioning experience in Gatti G/S Faisalabad.
(h) Testing and commissioning experience of 250 MVA TBEA transformer at 220KV toba Grid.
(j) Power cable testing i.e. insulation resistance, HI pot testing and continuity.
(k) WAPDA technical GRID MAINTENANCE Training FOR five months at TSG training center.
(L) WAPDA technical Training for three months at MANGLA power house training center.
(M) Siemens relays testing experience with FREJA PROTECTION RELAY TESTER.
